“Justin is a fabulous Pilates instructor. He’s very good with beginners and can work around any injury. Every time my husband and I work with Justin, we feel absolutely amazing afterwards. He works with our limitations to ensure we are getting the most out of our sessions without pushing us over our limits/physical abilities - which is refreshing as I find too many Pilates and yoga instructors these days impatiently pushing students past their physical abilities too soon. Justin explains the importance of correct posture, correct breathing and can immediately help make adjustments to ensure proper alignment and proper tension for each student. His studio is very small but private and clean. His reformers and equipment are of a very high quality and operate very smoothly. My husband and I both highly recommend Justin!“
