I had an urgent computer issue and reached out to Kitsap Tech Support at the recommendation of a neighbor. They were able to schedule a Technician to come out with in a few days (during the busy holiday season) and quickly resolved my issue. The Technician, I believe his name was Aiden, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He got to work quickly and was patient with all my questions. I am very happy with the service I received and would call on them again!

I work at a nonprofit and received a request from a senior client who needed help with using their laptop. I came to find out that he had let someone borrow his laptop who created a user account and the laptop was locked due to forgotten password. Many attempts to unlock the laptop failed. I reached out to an agency in the community asking if they knew someone who could help this senior. The agency told me about Jacob the owner of Kitsap Tech Support who volunteers his time to teach seniors computer classes. I sent Jacob an email regarding the laptop.
