You will need a reservation as Jenny is very popular and she is the only artist. She does all she can to accommodate you. Jenny is a pleasure to speak with as well. I got a manicure.
Called to get an appt but they're booking like a month out. Got a call back a few hrs later and was offered an appt after a last minute cancellation which I really appreciated! I got acrylics with silver tips with gel polish which I think made them a little on the thicker side but I'm happy with them. The whole interaction was very inviting and friendly.
