I was uneasy about what would be involved in my steep roof replacement. When the crew came they immediately made contact. I was comforted by Jose the Crew Lead, who said that any questions or changes would be communicated to me first. I then met Edgar, the Project Manager. He explained what was occurring, introducing me again to the crew and offering explanations for anything I might want to understand. Edgar was clear , concise and very informative in a way I could understand. He answered my questions, kept being in touch timely and offered more attention than I have seen in businesses in many years. Couldn’t be happier with my new roof from Integrity Roofing, done in one day. John Anderson, estimator, was the first contact and he was friendly and professional, explained things clearly. Everything he told me was correct. Gonzalo, project manager, was easy to contact and got back to me immediately, a great guy to work with. Alberto, foreman, and crew were efficient, polite and hard working. I especially appreciate them protecting my plants and they did a fantastic job cleaning up. Bella, project coordinator, was pleasant and knowledgeable. My new roof is beautiful and I would highly recommend Integrity.
The Integrity team did a stellar job installing my roof. They were all personable and professional. Job was done on schedule. The cleanup afterwards was impressive. They used a magnetic roller to find any stray nails.
I am the third person in my little neighborhood to enlist Integrity within the last year and we are all very pleased with the results. Love the high-quality attractive materials. Great Warranty!
