My husband and I visited the Emerald showroom while shopping for new flooring. We found Alexander professional, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He had a nice selection of high quality, but reasonably priced, flooring covering options and helped us identify the LVP flooring we were trying to match in our new house. Due to construction delays, we put the selection of new flooring on hold. A few weeks later my contactor removed some of the existing LVP floor to do foundation work. Karen Meell I would like to thank Emerald Installation for helping us resolve a self inflicted carpet repair. We recently had new floors installed both carpet and hardwood. We went all three flooring stores in Poulsbo. Emerald was very professional and pleasant but in the end we selected one of the competitors. The work was fine, but I was installing some baseboards after when I snagged the carpet with a drill bit . Just like in the cartoons the carpet starts to unravel. I called the company made clear it was my fault. I was told they would stop by and make a patch. They never showed and never responded to my calls. Ghosted !!
