LOVE this place. Options for bulk purchase on soils and mulches--2 yards to a gallon. So if you don't need 2 cubic feet or yards of something, bring your 5-gallon bucket. Their bulk garden products are clean, some are organic. Their selection is surprisingly broad and the native plants section is such a blessing! Seeds, there are also seeds. The people who own this nursery are local, kind, knowledgeable, and philanthropic with the community. The selection of garden wares are fabulous--reflects the excellent taste of the buyers. There are excellent tools as well. And books. And cards. Take a deep dive into the place...I'm certain you will find some part of your personal nirvana. Truly, one of Port Townsend's treasures!
This is one of my favorite nurseries in Port Townsend. They have an excellent quality of different mulches. I ordered seven yards of pebble fur mulch recently and it really looks classy in my garden! What is also amazing is that the delivery drivers are terrific. In the many times they have traversed my narrow driveway, they have never once run over my plants. Believe me that isn't easy! I truly appreciate both the plants and the people who work here!
They have many annuals to choose from, along with ground covers, rhododendrons, etc. If you're looking for larger shrubs or evergreens their selection is limited. Very nice people, I enjoy going there for flowers, vegetable starts and such.
