I have used this business for the past few years and they always do a great job. I really like the new online scheduling and the text message updates. They are very prompt and reliable. I would highly recommend them.
Easy online scheduling, professional prompt reasonable service. Very careful protecting walls and corners. Explained process and what we could expect. We had two rooms and a large area rug cleaned.
I spilled an entire cup of coffee on our light-colored area rug (womp, womp). After failing to get the stain up myself, I was able to schedule an appointment with Rogers Carpet Cleaning within 2 days of "The Incident." Amazing! Matt was the technician who came to our house, and he was very kind, pleasant, and professional. Our dog gives him 5 stars, too. Matt did the dmn thing and made our rug look great again! Thank you!PS: This is the second time we've used Rogers Carpet Cleaning. I also highly recommend them for grout cleaning. Save yourself the hassle and call them. You won't regret it.
