Puffin Shoe Repair is a highly recommended shoe repair shop that provides excellent service. They have expertly re-stitched and replaced soles, saving customers' quality shoes and extending their lifespan. The staff is personal, professional, and attentive to customers' specific needs, even accommodating those with foot deformities. They also skillfully lower heels on new and worn shoes. Though a bit tricky to find initially, the shop's quality work and customer service make it well worth the visit, located just east of Lawrence St and Polk St.
Puffin shoe repair did an outstanding job of fixing the soles of shoes. The re-stitching and new leather of the soles has saved me money and extended the life of a quality pair of shoes. Highly recommend if one is in need of shoes repair. Customer service was personal and professional. A little difficult to find initially, but worth it. Just off to the east. of Lawrence St and Polk St.
If you need shoes repaired or altered I cannot recommend the shop enough the staff are amazing they will 100% talk to you about your needs and listen.I have a deformity with both my feet that causes most normal shoe sizes manufacture today to pinch my feet behind the pinky toe and cause a lot of pain and continual growth of what's known as Taylor's bunions. I do own repair of custom-made leather boots built to fit my feet but the soles on those boots were entirely too hard. Puffin fixed this issue better than I could have dreamed.
I try to wear the lowest flats possible so sometimes I need to have heels lowered, even on new shoes. Puffin has been doing this for me for several years now. The always do a great job and take very good care of my shoes - new or worn.
