One of my dog's favorite places to visit! Medical care is excellent. Everyone from desk to technicians to vets is kind, interested, efficient. Everyone has time. Nothing is rushed.

Lack of a fifth star is the worry over lack of emergency weekend care at this clinic in both locations.
PupPup, my Cockapoo, loves going to her vet at Pet Townsend! She can’t wait to get in there & greet the team! Team interaction always flows smoothly, each member doing a great job! They are a team we can trust, and if I’m not sure about some piece of my at-home care, I can go back in and get the guidance I need, such as steps involved using a syringe in ear.
Everyone was very kind and helpful. Great communication within the vet team. Had a follow up call for labs and the vet answered all my questions unhurriedly and with compassion. Very professional. I would definitely go back, if needed. Thank you :)
