Gabe came out today to diagnose and fix and issue that was causing water to drip out of our TPR valve in the water heater and out the back the house. Within 5 minutes determined that the expansion tank had gone bad, and replaced efficiently - dripping stopped so decided to not replace the TPR valve, and just determined it was doing its job as the pressure was rising and opening up the valve, due to the bad expansion tank. Great price and efficient service. Many thanks! 😁
