I brought my seven y/o in for a hair cut over the weekend 1/18/25 Sliverdale location . I asked for an 8 on top, mid fade fade, and to leave his hair line alone. What he got was a choppy hack job. I stopped the barber and asked for help. All the other barbers stood there in awe except one. He was able to fix the badly faded sides. He could not fix the botched top. The receptionist, who I asked first to step in to stop her, shrugged her shoulders then later tried to appease my crying son w/ candy. The manager was no where to be found. I called, left a voicemail, and returned the next day to speak with him as instructed. Conviently it was his day off. I was told to revist on Monday. At this point I'm livid and decided not to waist my time any further. I will never go to this barbershop again nor recommend it.
I only let certian people cut my hair. Sarah is the best. She understands customer service. Always welcoming and makes sure her staff understands also. She was recommended to me and I highly recommend her shop to you. Thank you Sarah
