Dr. Ali and the team at Holt are simply the best. I’ve seen many chiropractors through the years and they are by far the best I’ve ever worked with. At the beginning they show you your full X-ray and posture results and explain the proposed treatment. Then they do routine checkups with posture pics and X-rays to check for progress. They are looking for results, not just adjusting you indefinitely. I have seen amazing results. I feel better and have more range of motion than I’ve had in years. Dr. Holt and Dr. Ali maintain a positive family-friendly environment at their office. I've experienced a big improvement in my neck and back pain over the past year of regular care. I really appreciated their process for understanding what was causing the pain, and showing regular improvements as I progressed through my care plan. During our adjustments, exercises, and traction the office staff help keep our kids occupied in the play area, having paper and pens ready for drawing pictures, or "helping out" behind the reception desk. Dr. Ali is really good adjusting our 2- and 3-year children.
