James Harmon is a scam artist!We hired him to rebuild a barn. We agreed on the work to be done but once it started everything we talked about changed. He left us high and dry with the project 25% finished because we would not pay him any more money after we had already paid him 75% of the contracted price.Everything he did which was to be all per the engineered plans we paid him for all fell short of the plans from the engineer.
