Richard is such a hard worker and does all he can to make sure our needs have always been taken care of. We bought a house with a very old pellet stove that hadn’t been taken care of very well, and he was able to service and fix it a few times until we saved the money to get a new one. The new one came at his recommendation based on our needs and he installed it as soon as it was in stock. Richard is very honest and taught us all about our options and helped us make a decision that made the most sense for us. Richard is a life saver. We had problems with wood stove smoke filling our house. I tried to figure out what was going on, but after several unsuccessful days and very cold nights I reached out to Strait Comfort Systems for help. It was mid afternoon on Christmas eve and Richard was on another job, but said he'd come over when he was done. Upon arrival he quickly assessed the problem and had us up and running in no time. Richard spent time to fully explain the design problems with our stove and chimney set up - that caused the house smoke issue - and showed us how to prevent them in the future. He is very good at his job he put A/C units in my condo and very happy on the outside where all the equipment is located he made something special to cover the hoses very happy I would recommend himService: Heating system installation
