I wanted subtle dimension with a lived in look and given some health issues, my hair has been pretty dry. Because of the dryness I was worried that bleach might make it more dry and brittle. I showed Raven my inspo pic and told him about my concerns and he asked for some clarification and then got down to business. He was so sweet, I felt super comfortable and it felt more like I was hanging out with an old friend. My hair turned out beautiful and when I left it was smooth and soft and I was so happy with the way the sun picked up all of the gorgeous subtle dimension. I have already scheduled my next visit. nails was very skilled and she hand filed instead of using those nasty nail drills and she was so easy to communicate with and she made sure she got the right color and made sure I liked them and they're prices are very reasonable and she doesn't really charge extra for the details and she was so flexible with time and getting me in.
