I use a wheelchair and needed new carpet that was firm enough to easily wheel over in our new home. Burton Flooring came through with superb advice, excellent workmanship, and thoughtful touches (like a 18" gradiant to make it easy to wheel onto the wood floor from the carpeted room). I would recommend this company to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about the entire experience I had with everyone at Burton Flooring. They:1. Really know their product, give lots of choices, and provide more than reasonable estimates,2. Took the time to visit my home prior to installation so they could assess and determine subfloor needed to achieve smooth/even transitions between rooms (I live in an old house...)3. Showed up exactly when they said they would, and got the job done flawlessly in less than 2 days, and4. Even cleaned and swept up after themselves!I couldn't be happier, and would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation!

Kyle is one of the kindest, most professional, non-salesman vibe salesman I've ever met in my life. he knew I was on a budget, and truly, TRULY went out of his way (no exaggeration) so I could have beautiful carpeting in my home. He is an old-school gentleman in a much younger body....no agenda, no pushy stuff, and is passionate about making your experience as stress free as possible. I can't recommend this store enough. I will say the same thing about Joe, who also runs the business with him. The store and the men are both heaven-sent...and I'm a harsh critic. So very grateful this place exists!
