He left wood exposed on the edges of the roof. He didn’t do the dormers right and they leak, and are covered in tarp until I can have the whole roof stripped and redone. He also did a terrible job on an additional room, left it undone and exposed to the elements after taking the final payment. He bought the most expensive metal roofing and then used it t as external walls on the additional room. His work is uneven, poorly measured, he wasted insulation and ruined it and and left 18 bags of cement in an area that leaks and ruined it. We, my wife and I, are newly started in getting a reroofing process going for our home. Antique Roofing company came highly recommended to us. - We know why now. Dave has helped us with dealing with roof problems in the most professional manner. He has provided multiple options for us to consider. We have made our decision and Dave will be able to start and finish very soon. Our most noticed or greatest impression of Dave is his sincerity when wanting to help.
