As a neighboring home to a construction site many things can go wrong. This was not the case with these guys. I have never had a crew so respectful and helpful before. They even made sure my garbage cans were brought up from the street to my home when they impeded the work they were doing. Always friendly and never leaving a mess behind. As a resident next to a commercial work site I am very great full and recommend them. Also the work looks beautiful.

When I moved to Port Angeles I heard about a heating system that was new to me. Heat pumps don't exist in Florida but I was intrigued. A neighbor recommended Alpha Builders so highly that I finally called. Owner Ken arrived on time and took so many measurements it surprised me. He explained he did that to be certain I'd get the right size unit for the house. Ken also talked with me about how heat pumps work, and helped me select the best installation location. And, bonus for me, the Alpha office staff pulled together the paperwork to apply for a government rebate because heat pumps are energy efficient. All I had to do was sign the forms! Jay installed the new system quickly and was proud of his work. His attention to detail was obvious. Best yet, when he was done he completely cleaned up, both inside and out. You'd never know he'd been there. A few days later the city inspector arrived and asked who did the installation. When I told him "Alpha," he smiled and said, "oh good - their heat pumps always pass inspection." And so it did. I have now recommended Alpha to others, who are as satisfied as I am. We all appreciate the professionalism and high quality of work. There is no doubt to me that Ken is honest - and he's built integrity into his company.
