I could not be more pleased with the roofing services provided by the Advanced Roofing team! During the removal of the old roof, we found many wet and decaying sheets of plywood. Underneath was black mold! The owner of Advanced Roofing, Eric Hanning, took the situation in stride, and offered to remove the rotten plywood and moldy insulation for a very fair price. He also sprayed an antifungal on the affected areas before installing new insulation and sheathing. Eric's communication was always clear and polite. The roof of my garage was about 20 years old and needed to be replaced. It had sprung a leak and a couple of the plywood boards had rotted. The roof was replaced quickly and without hassle. Advanced Roofing took good care of us.

Eric and his crew were truly professional. The cost was very fair for the 2 complex roofs of our property. They worked every work day in spite of the chilling weather of January. Most importantly to me, these fellows demonstrated a remarkable respect for their own as well as each other's safety. Hire them!
