“Our initial contact was in the Walmart in our town in Eastern Oregon. Then came the Install Project Manager, Blake Fulle. He came on a Sunday, as it fit our schedule. What a great guy. We had intended to replace just the bay window but decided on all the windows on the front of the home. We are really glad we did. They are beautiful.
Next was the Pre-Field guy who took measurements and gave us tips on how much room his installers would need, a quiet, friendly man, giving up a Sunday to do this job.
The Installers, Nathan W. and Chris W. were here out of the Boise, Idaho office. They were communicative even before arriving and they were punctual on their arrival. They set up all 3 work areas to minimize dust and performed their work with courteousness and professionalism. They had given me a time estimate for the completion of their work and were absolutely correct. Throughout the next 3 days they were courteous, friendly and very professional. They vacuumed and cleaned everything up when they were finished.
My husband and I were very impressed with the finished product. They replaced our old, cracked bay window with a new one and, I have to say, it is the best-looking window in the neighborhood. Thank you Nathan and Chris.
The people are as incredible as the windows. I just love the way they look from both the inside and the outside of my home.
