This was my first visit and I had a wonderful experience at West Oakland Dental. The staff worked as a team, I loved it. They were very patient and caring. Took time to explain to me what I needed and the procedures to get it done. The front office was very professional greeted me with warmth and a smile. Really took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood all the paperwork. I felt I was in very good hands all the way around.

I highly recommend Dr. Ong and his staff! He is very nice and I appreciated the time he took in answering all my questions and concerns. I enjoyed my time with Isaac, who cleaned my teeth using state of the art techniques and procedures. It was a pleasant experience... in as much as a dental appointment can be.
