Attempted to reach them multiple times with no return call it took a month to complete my return and it still has not been received by the IRS and was supposedly filed by them the first of April and I paid a over 500 dollars to have them do my return

If they treat there customers the way they treat their employees, take your business somewhere else! They hired a friend of mine promising steady employment. Fired her after a few days because they supposedly didn't think about her going out into the community during covid19. Made her leave a steady employment just to leave her with no work.

I've been using W.R. Wilkins tax service for years, and they have saved me a ton of money over the years. Sure, sometimes the wait time is longer than expected, but it's because they treat every customer as an individual, making sure all your questions are answered and making sure you get every deduction you are entitled to. Personal service takes time, and some people have more questions/issues to discuss than others. It's kind of hard to judge how much time it will take with each customer when taking an appointment over the phone. I'll gladly wait a little longer knowing they are going to be thorough and save me every dollar they can.
