This place is the worst! Trying to get any real help for my elderly mother from them is impossible. They simply dont care about their patients. Very very disappointed to the point that it needs to be investigated.

Only given 4 stars because it took me a few doctors before I found the right one that actually listened to me. However, Stephanie Wheeler at the Clearwater Ave location in Kennewick is AMAZING. She was my OB-GYN, delivered my son and was willing to set up a scheduled induction to make sure I had her (the week of Christmas), is my sons pediatrician, AND my doctor as well. She makes a personal connection with you and is very down-to-earth and is realistic!! She understands that not only not every baby is the same, but that not everything works for every baby! She also is the only doctor that has been willing to find a birth control that is specific to my needs and one that doesn't affect me negatively. I also want to add that the Med Assistant there are very friendly and remember and care about you! I have been to many different doctors, clinics, and locations and this is by far my favorite.
