About Quality Structures one
Quality Structures One is a family-owned and operated construction company that has been serving Washington state since 1982 and now, Oregon as well. The company has been growing for nearly 40 years, under the ownership of Bill Hissam and his wife, Beki. Their son, Tyler Hissam, has been working in the business, learning the trade, and eventually becoming the project manager and owner. Tyler and his wife, Heather, now carry on the legacy of providing quality buildings. Customers have had great experiences working with Quality Structures One. They found the staff, including Andrew, to be helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to work with them on design and color choices. The construction crews were described as awesome and skilled. Clients appreciated the company's ability to address any concerns and accommodate last-minute changes without hesitation. Compared to other contractors, the quality of work by Quality Structures One was noted to be significantly higher.

QSO constructed a pole building for me in 2023. Bill and Tyler are both down-to-earth individuals who are easy to work with. Any concerns I had were readily addressed. I had a couple last minute changes which they accommodated without hesitation. A friend built a pole building several years ago by a different contractor, and the difference in quality is HUGE.
They are great to work with, the project was amazing. They are not only a great company, but they treat you like family. Any concern was quickly addressed. This is the third structure QSO has done for us.
