Sean, Kendall, and their team did an awesome job! After being ghosted by a few other local plumbers, we contacted them in the hopes that they could help us with part of our bathroom renovation by installing our new tub/shower combo and adjust some old piping. With an older home, you never know what you’re going to find but that was not a problem for their team! They gave us a reasonable quote and a solid date and time. Not only did they show up early, they took their time doing the job and our final price ended up being a little less than expected which was great news! The plumbing team did not leave a mess and had our tub perfectly leveled. We will be using Precision Plumbing in the future for any of our plumbing needs and would highly highly recommend them to anyone in the Tri-Cities.
Called at 8pm the night before because of a leak, they were able to get us in at 8am the next day, and then an hour later had the new water heater installed! So impressed with how quickly they worked and how kind they were! Will recommend again and again!
