Sometimes a professional service person is able to display something a little bit beyond mere professionalism and for that I am grateful.The person who came by our house, displayed great amount of caring for the situation of my elderly mother, and her sensitivity to dust, while needing to work around her to clean the ductwork, as she was unable to leave her bed.If I had been able to afford it, I would’ve given this person a large cash tip. However, I hope this review may earn them at least a bonus for excellent service.

The tech who came out to do our air ducts was very professional on time and precise with what he was doing. We also had the deodorizer service done to get rid of the smell and any other bacteria that might have cause the odors in the vent system. He walked us thru the steps of what he was going to do and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Novasteam to my friends and family for this type of service. 5 stars for sure!

The service technician was professional and knew the ‘science’ behind the cleaning activity of duct cleaning. Result a thorough quality jjob. Additionally the technician was mindful not to damage anything while prepping, performing and closing out the task. When needing this type of service I would request this technician.
