Called Mullins for a vibration issue on an 18 month old Rheem on demand hot water heater. It developed a vibration that we could hear throughout our entire home and was very annoying. Mullins completed the original installation so I called them for assistance. They scheduled me for today and the service tech Jeff was right on time. I explained the issue and he opened the heater panel to take a look. I turned on the water and he immediately found the problem. The heater enclosure had moved slightly over time and was causing a very slight vibration to resonate up the wall and throughout the house.
