“Prompt reasonable estimate. Good communication with calls and texts, to remind us of the installation date and confirm arrival time. Was here right on time and did our custom job to spec. Left everything neat and clean. Highly recommended.”
“Tony and his team were fantastic to work with from start to finish! He delivered a detailed quote for a new roof which also addressed issues that we didn't even know we had with the existing roof. The pricing for the new roof was very comparable to other quotes that we received.
The team completed all of the work in the quoted time and the workmanship was excellent. Tony did a thorough walk-through afterwards to confirm that we were satisfied. We highly recommend Eminent Roofing.”
“I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work. From the initial appointment to the final walk through.
Initial appointment - Made notes of minor concerns such as my grass and making sure the debris were cleaned up because my grandkids are constantly running around in the yard.
There was a delay in the start date. Oscar informed me well ahead of time and didn't wait until the last minute.
The day the work started - The foreman introduced himself to me and acknowledged my concerns from the initial appointment with Oscar. They showed up at the same time everyday and and stayed all day. I have dealt with contractors before that come for a couple of hours and then leave, come back, leave again, etc.
It was nice to see that they stayed committed until the job was done.
Final walk through - Jose showed up at the exact time he said he was going to be there and went through the details. He pointed out a couple of things I didn't even notice.
In a nutshell, nobody wants to spend money on a roof, but King roofing made the experience pleasant.”
