I fully recommend Rockwood Home for your flooring project in the Tri-cities area. Before finding them, I had contractors that didn't show up for appointments for a bid or flooring stores that would not let me take samples to try at home. Jon, from Rockwood Home, quickly scheduled with me, measured my home, and listened to what I wanted. He worked within my budget to fully redo the flooring in my home. Carlos, the installer, was very experienced and considerate to work with. The installation team worked very hard to get the project done with as little disruption as possible. The finished project is beautiful and exactly what I wanted.
Rockwood Home has been a pleasure to work with from beginning to end of job! They kept me posted on any changes and did all they said they would do. From office staff to labor, to management, they were all friendly and knowledgeable.
