I had a tile blow off. My insurance did an inspection but I didn't feel like it was very thorough. I reached out to Columbia Roofing and chatted with Eddie. He came out, took some pics, said he could replace the tile but also had some pics of some raised nails and a crack in a vent shroud. We talked through what I could afford to do and what we might need to do later and worked out a plan. He is fantastic and I can't recommend him strongly enough. My small issues are fixed and he is now saved in my phone as my roof guy.

Columbia Roofing replaced the roof on my home following heavy damage, the result of a windstorm in the Tri-Cities. I am confident the “high wind rating” shingles used on the project will provide peace of mind when the wind inevitably comes again. The job was completed on-time, and the daily clean-up was as it should be. And the roof looks great. Again, as it should. But what really separated Columbia Roofing from the others was their value proposition, to include highly effective communication: communication during the bid process as well as during the project, and now, after completion.
