I had thrown my back out somehow on a Tuesday morning, I was hoping it would get better on its own but it didnt. I work down the street from Body Compass and decided to stop in and see if they had any openings. I got lucky and Cynthia Torales had a cancellation the next day and was able to get me in. She specializes in the massage where she walks on your back and uses her feet instead of her elbows. I was a little worried at first but honestly it was the best massage that Ive ever had. She was able to work out my back issues and I was almost back to 100% the day after the massage. I figured it was going to take a few days to feel better. Shawna and Colton are independent and renting there own rooms at Body compass. They are both amazing Colton is perfect for that deep tissue sports massage and Shawna is also knowledgeable and has helped so many of her clients.Shawna also does an amazing body polish With hot towels followed with massage.
