By far the best and most caring vetinarian we have been to in the Tri Cities. They seem to go out of their way any chance they get. We even had them come in just for an issue we were having. They seem to truly care and want to keep their customers happy!

This place took my poor Bentley gave him a blood transfusion when I couldn't get him in with his regular vet . They showed true compassion to my dog .I will be forever grateful for what they did, when they could have turned us away . My poor Bentley passed away way from ITP an auto immune disease. Where his body attacked his own platelets. We couldn't save him because he was bleeding internally and we couldn't stop the bleeding in time . his heart gave out during the second transfusion . We took our dog in with suspicion of salmon poisoning and I cannot say enough good things about our experience from start to finish! They got her in right away, was communicative, very friendly and CARING! The doctor thoroughly explained what he had found in tests, and what he recommended for treatment. We finally took her home after 4 days and she’s doing so much better! Animal Hospital saved her life and we are forever grateful!!
