I would never have this company come to your house. They send somebody and then he sits around and does nothing for 2 1/2 hours. . Had to call the Benton PUD to come out and do it because they couldn't and still charge me $500 for absolutely nothing.

They installed an outside outlet and after that two of my ceiling lights were on dimly all the time. They made an attempt to repair it without success. Was told that they had a "meeting" and decided that the two fixtures needed to be replaced at my cost! Have attempted to contact them to see if their cost to repair the fixtures would be free but no replies.Would not recommend them at all. If you do use them, be prepared to be charged for a journeyman charge and an apprentice charge, even though the apprentice(s) do all the work unsupervised.

Asked for a consultation over the phone - which is free. Just got a bill for close to $300 worth of "labor" for an apprentice and a journeyman to do nothing more than provide a consultation. Called the company and the receptionist got snippy with my wife over the phone, basically calling us liars. She asked to speak with the OWNER, who had to be explained the situation like a child, because he too was being a baby about doing THE RIGHT THING. At the end of the conversation he said "I guess I'll waive the fees", and then hung up on us. This is the worst impression and service.
