I had a mostly positive experience at 911 Tri-Cities Driving School, as the majority of my instructors were kind, patient, and professional. However, one instructor - Jeff Gerig - stood out as a significantly negative experience.
During my drive with him, he was unnecessarily rude and impatient in a way that made the session genuinely stressful. He raised his voice at me multiple times in situations that did not warrant it, and his communication style was more demeaning than instructional. For someone working with young, inexperienced drivers, he showed a clear lack of patience and understanding of how to effectively teach and support a student who is still learning.

My daughter had a great experience at 911 Driving School. We were especially thankful for the Zoom class option, which worked well with our schedule. All of the instructors and office staff were consistently helpful—answering questions, assisting with scheduling, and encouraging her along the way.
She finished driver’s ed feeling confident and excited about driving, and as a mom, I’m truly grateful for how 911 Driving School helped build that confidence in her.
Very informative and helpful. Based on other driving schools I have attended for employment this is one of the best, if not the best experience. The session was more like a coaching and made you feel like you were a team, and they wanted you to succeed, whereas other instructors feel more like a drill sergeant. 10/10 would recommend for employers and/or personal experience
