Palouse Health Center is a modern and clean clinic with helpful and organized staff. It has excellent primary providers who are knowledgeable and caring. However, there have been concerns about the behavior of an on-call doctor. Overall, many recommend the clinic for Palouse residents.
Had a poor experience with a on call- dr Adkins twice- was very mean and rude and all we hear “IS THIS A EMERGENCY? Notified management- Hopefully this never happens again- Uncalled for.
