The towing company is the worst. They were called to my apartment complex for a different car when that car was not located they lied to the office about where my car was parked and proceeded to tow it. Imagine my surprise when I go to leave for work in the morning and my car isn't where I left it. After calling the police to file a stolen car report I'm informed it's actually been towed.
Upon review of photos and a little digging by apartment manager (bless her soul) I did receive a refund for the money I had to pay to get my car back this morning.

They towed my car. It was there 26 hours and i was charged $736.00.
All of it was wrong and super expensive. I don't know how it is leagal to charge so much for so little.
This towing company is contracted through our apartment complex, and my experience with their operations has been deeply concerning. On multiple occasions, a patrol employee identified as Bently has parked improperly near residents’ vehicles and then contacted the towing operator, Dannay, to have vehicles towed under questionable circumstances.
During the incident involving my vehicle, the employees behaved in an unprofessional and hostile manner. I was subjected to verbal harassment, including derogatory and offensive language, and was threatened with physical harm. Their conduct appeared intimidating and discriminatory.
