Finding competent residential irrigation service has not been easy, so I am happy to report my first encounter with Advanced Irrigation has been successful! My system involves a pump, pressure tank and 9 large zones, comprising many types of sprinkler heads and pot watering systems. It is a mature system so much can go wrong over the course of a year eg, broken heads clogged filters, cracked pipes. I probably could do most of the work (not the pump system!) myself if I had a day or two to devote to it - but......why dive into a frustrating project when Advanced's talented service team can accomplish perfection in one or two hours!? They're busy servicing their long time clients so call early to get on the calendar.
Brad with Advanced Irrigation came to turn on my sprinkler system and perform a backflow test as required by the City of Kirkland. He arrived as scheduled preceded by text confirming he was on his way. While he was there, he added several sprinkler heads to a new garden area. Advanced Irrigation installed our system in 2016 and their spring & fall service keeps it working perfectly.
Wow, what an amazing experience. Advanced Irrigation has been managing our sprinkler system for almost two years now. Brad came out today to inspect our back-flow preventer and to get our system ready for the Spring. He had remembered that he heard air rushing out from under the steps on our garage balcony last fall when they were blowing out the system in preparation for winter. I removed piece of the decking and found an uncapped water line for an as yet unused zone. What a memory. He capped the line and three other above ground zone lines not yet in use. We would have lost lots of water if any of those zones where accidentally turned on.
