I am so happy with my gel mani-pedi that Lisa did for me at Pacific Beach Salon. Not only did I feel pampered I felt like she took the time to educate me on the products she was using, and I loved that. I am so happy I found her.
I have been doing yoga with Lisa for about a year now and it has been wonderful. She is thoughtful and really makes sure you are working at your own pace. I have seen improvement in all areas.
Years of stroke recovery efforts finally making sense! Lisa understands the connection between muscles, connective tissues and nerves/brain AND the person living with the imbalances. Thank you from the depths of my heart! ? I’m finally getting somewhere because of your insightful instruction??
