OMG! Mandy is a wizard! I am VERY, VERY particular when it comes to my hair. I am a blonde who will die with extensions in because of previous damage. I am very consciousness when it comes to trying someone new. Mandy made me feel so comfortable. She gave me great advice for free and she nails my color EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
