Master Builders Construction NW

Mater Builders NW did several projects for me including an entire kitchen overhaul, to smaller projects like adding a door, and pouring a concrete step. After interviewing maybe 13 contractors I chose MBNW because Bill did a great job of communicating and he line itemed things which I loved (being able to take things off I didn't want to spend on or adding things in based on line items). In addition their pricing was great and they stayed true to their projections. Despite some problems from our cabinet company, MBNW was also able to keep our tight timeline. I highly reccomend working with them and was very happy!

I'm especially impressed by the promptness and feeling of importance to MBNW to not only build, but to building to last an eternity (2 different projects thus far). Pricing was at the lower end of all the 7 quotes I had gotten done, and their work truly seems to be at the very upper end of quality. I'm impressed.

We hired Master Builders Const NW LLC as the General Contractor for a very large Standard 203k HUD project. Master Builders was unable to complete our 230k project because Bill refused to acknowledge the Specification of Repairs (this document defines the scope of the project) which he signed via DocuSign at the project's inception. Accountability is not one of Bill's strong suits, and it runs downward throughout his company. This made an already stressful experience very, very frustrating as well.
