If I could give Ivan 10 stars I would! Broke down coming over the border on a very long drive home. Was connected with Ivan through Les Schwab on his day off. He didn't even hesitate to help me out! He ran down the road to the store to get the part I needed and had me back on the road with my daughter in less than 40mins. He was courteous and kind and made a very scary situation a minor hiccup.
