Bear Claw Painting is a single-man operation, so I was a bit hesitant to hire James Wagner to paint my house exterior. But, he took the time and effort to properly prepare the house by scraping, sanding, sealing and priming before painting. For the trim, he suggested using a low-gloss enamel instead of a stain (which the home builder had used). I am very pleased with the results! The new paint should last much longer than the original did. He charged reasonable rates, requesting only partial payments as the work progressed. Jim is an honest, hard-working contractor who can be trusted to do a great job. Highly recommended!
