We worked with Jeremy from Don Kruse for a bid and install on a 3-room mini split for our house in Winthrop. Jeremy was a treat to work with from start to finish. He was extremely responsive to our questions and requests. He thoughtfully provided a solution and options for us. He and his crew treated our home with care, delivering a great system for us. Excellent service. Old heaters switched out. New thermostats installed. Bathroom exhaust -heating units repaired. 2nd light switch installed in the mud room. A few extra minor tweaks done. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you to everyone at Don Kruse Electric.
Our old unit started having issues a few months ago so we decided to shop around and get a few quotes for both partial repair and full system replacement to see our options. Don Kruse Electric was the only one willing to do the partial repair, with the fact being know it would eventually need to be fully replaced. We appreciate them even giving us that option and information, so when the full system replacement came in less than the competitors, it was a no brainer who we would go with. We drug our feet making the appointment but when we finally made the call to book, we were scheduled for install the following week.
