I originally went to Kelli just for a fill while my normal gal was out of town. Little did I know they way my normal lash gal was doing my fills was damaging to my lashes. Kelli educated me on how it should be done. and showed me before and after up close pictures to show me how bad they were. She even recommended lash artists in the area if I chose to switch. She wasn't pushy or just trying gain another client. She truly had my best interest. I have went to Kelli ever since and haven't been happier!
As soon as I walked in, I felt genuinely taken care of. As a mum of two who rarely gets time to do something just for myself, the whole experience felt calm, relaxing, and honestly such a treat. Kelly has the kind of demeanour that instantly puts you at ease. The calming music, the gentle scent in the air, and the beautifully clean rooms made everything feel so peaceful.
Kelly talked me through each step and did a lash lift and an eyebrow tint for me. I left with perfectly lifted lashes and brows that were darker but still super natural.
