We had a fantastic time with Orcas Island Trail Riding! Our guide, Robert, acquainted us with everything needed to safely maneuver a horse, and we were then able to set out on a gorgeous, scenic trail ride through the local national park. It was a memorable experience to be able to view Orcas Island through the ears of a horse and to see areas of the island we wouldn’t have otherwise. Thank you so much for a fantastic day!
We had a leisurely ride around Moran State Park and enjoyed it. It wasn't fast paced, there was some trotting, but mostly just riding at a walking pace. The scenery was beautiful. Some of the trail options are currently not available (I believe due to washouts). Our guide was Robert, and he was very friendly and fun. If you want a relaxing ride through the woods, this is for you. If you want something more exciting, then maybe not.
