“The work that was done on my house was superb. The entire crew was professional and did outstanding work. If we saw something or they noticed something that did not seem right, it was taken care of immediately and with good attitudes. The owners are truly wonderful, hard-working people who take pride in their product. Yes, there can be some delays, but not all can be placed at their feet. First and foremost, they depend on their customers making decisions and finalizing, they depend on lumber companies and other suppliers having things they need and getting them to them on time. Life doesn't always happen according to a schedule, but again, communication and professionalism were key in the way we were treated by Timber Quest. I am skeptical about the negative review I am seeing on their page. It is the total opposite of what kind of service and product I have seen from them. And Yes, I've seen quite a lot of their work. I would recommend them above any others and definitely have them come work on our house again. Hey, maybe I can even have them build me a new one! You rock, DJ and Dan! And your crew too!“
