We got stuck in a muddy RV park in our 32' motorhome. After trying to get out of a muddy mess, we called Long Beach Towing. Jason showed up within 40 mins and not only got us out, but hung around to make sure we got back into our RV spot and we got stuck AGAIN! Thankfully he hung out as we needed to be rescued a second time. Very professional and attentive.
Terry did us such a solid, replacing our skylights. He was eager to save us money and not do more work than was necessary. We were quoted several thousand dollars from two other companies. Terry did the job for a fraction of the other quotes. I love this man and his company!!!

We got to Ocean Park today and my husband needed to be seen for his knee, thinking there would be an urgent care somewhere. We were told the only place to go was the ER at this hospital. It’s never fun going to the ER and my husband never goes, so when he doesn’t argue with me about going I know it’s serious. The nurses and the Dr that were there today were amazing. They knew we were from out of town and made it the easiest ER visit we have ever experienced. We were there less than two hours and that included getting X-rays. Explained everything throughly, listened to us about the plan for the next step and even did things to make that easier on us. Thank you all so much for actually taking care of people and not treating them like a number!!!
