Johnny came and bid my job in the morn about 9:00 AM for removing old and installing 4 sheets of new osb board and repairing roof with MY asphalt shingles. $1500 agreed upon. Came back an hour later with his adult son and commenced work. At 4:30 PM he said he was done and needed paid immediately which was astoundingly fast. We went to the bank and he was paid immediately. After I came back home,I noticed that he had not installed but one 2 ft X 8 ft piece of osb board which as already laying on the roof.
