Called Bob up around the holidays because my kitchen outlets weren't working and I couldn't figure out what was going on after trying to repair it myself. Bob was super busy but he reached out to me multiple times in order to set up a day to have a look. After showing up he diagnosed the problem quickly which was a cut wire that was grounding out the circuit. Bob fixed the issue and everything is working great. I was really impressed how he made time at the end of his day and followed up on me through the holidays.

Never answered phone and never bothered to call me back when I left a message. If they weren't able to handle the volume, a simple call back to explain their calendar was full would have been sufficient, but not calling potential customers back is not a good practice.

Great service Bob is such a nice guy and clever at fixing things and hunting down the problems! He doesn't have helpers so he's super busy!
