I like Watermark Dentistry but I'm disappointed to see that you have replaced your front desk person with a screen. It's bad enough that you send your forms electronically for me to complete and then on top of that, I have to check in with another screen.

Dr Hong is so good at what he does. And as a plus he is so likable. The staff he has know their stuff too. Ann at the front desk is awesome, helpful. Overall, if you want a positive dental experience, check it out. You won’t be disappointed. Even for you scaredy cats.

Twenty years ago, I was a patient at Gilbert Family Dentistry. When Dr. Gilbert retired, I continued to give Watermark Dentistry a chance. I am very pleased with Dr. Hong and staff. Most of the staff stayed working there. They continue to provide me with great service like Dr. Gilbert has. My appointments are always on time or a few minutes late. Dr. Hong is very professional, kind, and caring.
